Vision 2025 - Tulsa Neighborhood Fund

Braeswood Homeowners Association - City Information
Through Vision 2025 there are monies available for neighborhood projects.

"The purpose of these funds is to support neighborhood projects including but not limited to signage, neighborhood
entranceways/gateways and neighborhood assessment (evaluation and planning) projects."

In short, the Tulsa Neighborhood Fund will award UP TO $25,000 for a single project (depending on a number of
factors).  The project must be for the "public benefit".  We can one submit
one application for one project, but if we
are successful with the first request then, we allowed to submit a second request during the "next funding cycle" for
another project.

You can see the majority of the documentation on the links to the left.   With the Board member's help and input, we
requested money for "ONE" project having several parts.  The One Project was "Wall and Landscape
Beautification" which included [1] repairing the wall on 61st street, [2] remove about half of the trees (to promote
grass on the north side of the wall) [3] repair the chain link fence on the north side of the pond.

We submitted our application on February 16, 2005 and are now waiting to see what happens.
